Company History

One To One Contacts Public Company Limited established on 7 August 2000 with initial registered capital of 20 million baht and increased registered capital to 100 million baht in 2005. The company listed in the Stock Exchange of Thailand (Market for Alternative Investment: MAI) since 15 May 2014. The Company has  the current paid-up capital at 895 million baht.

The Company provides Fully Outsourced Contact Center Services and Customer Management Service and Turnkey Total Solutions to government agencies and corporations with modern technology and provides rental services both of contact center facilities, software package and contact center system software which are customized by users which is under the concept of Total Customer Management Solutions with Customized Services.

Many organizations are today interested in increasing their customer service efficiency and effectiveness. Provision of customer relationship center systems requires specific knowledge and expertise. Seeing the rising demand for these systems, the company has responded by offering various services catering to the full range of user needs. From the specific services of the past, today, the company offers fully integrated management services across various channels.

offers fully integrated contact center services covering advice, design,placement and installation of contact center systems. The company also provides hardware and software to increase the potential of customer relationship management systems in organizations that want to invest in their own internal systems. Facility rental services are also offered, as are systems supervision and guidance until the customer can develop its own personnel to manage the system independently. In addition to providing total contact center outsourcing management services using the company’s system, One to One Contacts provides customer service representative outsource management services for public and private sector clients in such sectors as finance, insurance, telecommunications, autos and various services. Today, One to One Contacts services over 50 projects across the public and private sectors.

One to One Contacts has further expanded the scope of its services

by offering human resources training on contact center services. In 2007 alone, the company invested over 100 million baht to support its business expansion. The company has also improved and developed its customer service system to offer greater flexibility and benefits to customers.
